Something not working, or a question the app does not answer? Write to support@fashai.app and a person will reply, usually within two business days. Telling us your device, your app version and what you were doing when it went wrong gets you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third.
Manage or cancel your subscription
FashAI Premium is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancelling happens in your store account rather than in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FashAI. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → FashAI. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the time you have already paid for stays available until the period ends.
Changed phones, or reinstalled the app? Open the FashAI paywall and tap Restore purchases. That re-reads your store receipt and puts Premium back on the account. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — we cannot issue them on their behalf, but write to us anyway if something was charged that should not have been and we will help you make the case.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, wardrobe, outfits, posts, messages and try-on history. It cannot be undone and it does not cancel a subscription — do that in your store account first, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists. If you cannot reach the screen for any reason, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Notifications
Settings → Notificationsholds both of them, and they are separate things. The daily outfit reminder is a local reminder at a time you choose. Daily tips is the one we send from our side; turning it off stops those entirely. You can also switch FashAI off altogether in your phone’s system notification settings.
Report a post or block someone
Tap the ••• menu on any post to report it or block its author. Reports are reviewed and offending content is removed, and blocking hides that person from your feed and stops them contacting you. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If something needs urgent attention, mail support@fashai.app with a screenshot and we will look at it directly.

For a copy of your data, a correction, or anything else about privacy, write to privacy@fashai.app. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for using the app are in the Terms of Service.
